Return/Refund Policy

PureSource Health offers a Risk Free 100% satisfaction guarantee on all of our products.

If at any time you are unsatisfied with our product, you may return any opened & unopened bottle within sixty (30) days to redeem your refund of the purchase price, not including shipping. We will give you a return address to send your product(s).

Our Return policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days has passed since your item was delivered, unfortunately, PureSource Health will not be able to offer you a refund.

If a refund is issued, there will be a $10.00 restock fee on all orders.

If multiple bottles of the same product were bought, we will only accept one used item and the remaining items must be unused and unopened in original package and condition.


When we receive your return and its inspected, we will email you with an receipt acknowledgement and will advise of refund. If approved, a refund will be granted, processed and returned to the original method of payment.

Please be advised that sale will not be refunded. If an exchange need to be made for the same item, please contact us for assistance.
Please follow the following steps to receive a full refund:

1.Contact customer support for Return Number (RMA#) and return address.
2.Place your RMA# inside or outside of the package along with your name and address.
3.Ship the product back to us.
